Ms Edmée Ratefinanahary Rantoarivola, from Madagascar, is a civil servant in Madagascar’s Commission on Trade and Competition, she evolved within the Department of Foreign Trade of the Ministry in charge of Industry and Trade and co-chaired the National Council on Trade Facilitation before being responsible for studies at the General Secretariat.
She has also chaired the Board of the Madagascar Standards Bureau.
Her responsibilities include analyzing international, regional, and bilateral trade agreements, and participating in negotiations on these agreements.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Antananarivo.
