Ms Bwalya Mwansa Salamu, from the Republic of Zambia, is Counsel in Zambia’s Ministry of Justice. Her responsibilities include negotiating and drafting domestic and international agreements, drafting legal opinions and advising the government on the signing and ratification of or accession to international agreements. She has represented the government in bilateral trade negotiations for the development of border agreements.

Ms. Salamu holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Zambia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education.
